Mano-san is highly regarded in Japan. At this Wikipedia page, a rough translation into English will show you some of the museums he is held in. Five of his works are held in the memorial museum of his master Kawanabe Kyosai. His son Mitsuri, also became a highly regarded painter who live to be 100 years old.

This type of “crushed pattern” handmade washi paper used for the mounting requires years worth of practice to execute properly and is often used for high-quality works of art. It’s “Wabi-sabi” aging properties are wholly Japanese. Condition: Very good for its age (minor wear, creases and small blemishes).
