Harunobu was a master of bijin-ga and the creator of nishiki-e. This photo does not do justice to the richness of the colours and high level of hand printing from the carved blocks. Lovely to behold face-to-face in the right lighting. High quality Ishu-kankoukai print. Limited edition #118/400 (see bottom right of verso) . –Will look gorgeous in the right frame. Copies of the original of this print are very rare and as of this writing not a single museum has one on display.
