Takahashi-san is a very young painter and has yet to obtain much notoriety in Japan. However, we can tell that his talents are being honed at a fine pace and that he has devoted considerable time to the ancient techniques of Nanga painting. This scroll is auspicious for longevity, contemplation and energy and vitality. – Very good condition and a touch on the large side.
